This lawyer was left in charge of retrieving TSP money owed to me that was spelled out in divorce paperwork. There was a certain process to follow and this lawyer could not get it right. Keep in mind, a booklet with step-by-step instructions was provided. This booklet was provided from TSP, again and again, every time she failed to do the procedure properly. Judy Rosenblatt is well known. This is why I selected her and that was not a good practice for me. I felt once She got my money she was extremely impolite. Because i was all in with the retainer i could not back out of dealing with her. She was rude and talked to me as though she knew she had me backed i.
