I asked a question during a free phone consultation and was given wrong information, which ended up costing me a lot of money.
I had a question about how probate works because a family member wants to name me as the executor in his will. I called up the firm since it offers a free half hour to talk to an attorney. The attorney I spoke to was incredibly nice and explained the process and answered my questions. She reassured me that it is a job I could handle and that in all likelihood I would hire an attorney to help me through the process. I hope I never have to serve as the executor, but I would use this firm if I did.
