**UPDATE** I received a call from Dr. Brown about what happened at my appointment and she apologized. We talked awhile and she allowed me to come in the following week. Once I arrived the young lady checking me in apologized as well, she was also trying to help me the day of my appointment. I absolutely loved Dr. Brown. She was very pleasant, she answered my questions and concerns, very thorough w my health care plan moving forward and pretty quick w faxing over things I needed to get the ball rolling w my health care needs.... read more
