Participated in a couple of their auctions and was an overall interesting experience. Parties were very professional and one of the employees there were very helpful and informational. Bought a house, they never sent out the Deed. Finally talked to a David on the phone and it was unbelievable how rude he was to me.. I had to do a reality check, I thought i was being punked this person was so rude to me. Blows my mind they are even in business!!
For all you geniuses who think they can buy a house on judicial sale for cheap …what’s actually being sold here are liens …you can buy contractor lien, 2nd mortgage, hoa lien, 1st mortgage, city lien, IRS liens, receiver liens etc. only A FEW liens will get you the deed to the property with clean title and there are exceptions too…all other parties needed to be notified at the foreclosure proceedings.
