Haircut took over an hour. I have a super basic hairstyle and my haircuts usually take 20-30 mins. I asked for a 1/4inch off and she started to cut about an inch off so I had to stop her and basically not finish the haircut (somehow it still took this long). She also talked about how she was basically blind and needed her glasses (which she wasn’t wearing). I’m very disappointed in my haircut and will be going elsewhere today to get it fixed. My barber Jodi gave me a beard trim and shaping. I've never looked so good highly recommend this young lady.
I started coming to this location because I could walk to it on my lunch break- two years later, I still make the drive out despite living in Kentwood and working in Jenison. Annika does a fantastic job every time, and it's great to talk with her and Rebecca during the appointment. You can tell that they love what they do, and that makes for an awesome environment that keeps me coming back.
Haircut turned out fine, but when booking online straight razor was an option upon receiving haircut was told that could not be done. The haircut was nearly 2 hours long when it said 45 minutes online. Would not recommend this location if you have places to be, or are looking for a straight razor cut.
