How Infuriating this company is… They claim to put the customer first… that’s absolutely not the truth in any right. People’s time is important. I’ve gone to this business multiple times and have been early for appointments - and STILL had to wait 30-45 after my SCHEDULED APPT TIME to be seen. This time (today) I’m 7 minutes late (called the store to let them know) with an APPT TIME of 2:20. (a haircut and beard trim).
