The practice coordinator, Melody, refused to schedule anything until I sent them a $200 retainer despite providing them with my credit card information and Jude accepting my insurance. Also, he charges you a 3% fee to use a credit card. I will happily find a counselor who cares about their clients with better administrative policies.
Jude was extremely helpful with my family when we were at our wits end with parenting. He broke everything down to the basics and helped me get my power back as a parent. I can’t recommend him highly enough, and I share his contact info with everyone who has kids.
