The worse service. They came out 3x and were still unable to fix my problem. Each interaction was confusing and disorganized. After the first visit, they said their company would order a part and call me back in a couple of weeks. After months, I called to find the part had never been ordered so there was a further delay. They then said they wouldn't need me to be present for the 2nd visit. They were incorrect. By the 3rd visit, I was simply trying to get the house ready to to sell. My 90 year old grandparents had to sell their home and they were ensured by Gas Inc that they would be refunded the amount for the ALMOST FULL TANK that was left and the new owner would be charged for it. After 5 calls and many promises that it would be taken care of, there has been no refund! This is hundreds of dollars for an elderly couple on a fixed income and it is unacceptable. The new owner should never have been able to activate the account in their name without this being processed.
