Our well pump stopped working at 8pm in 7 degree weather and had no running water (our neighbor did not either since we share a well). The on-call technician refused to call me back until the next day. Action plumbing called me back within 1 minute of telling them my issue. Go to them, Judd is useless when it matters

Great service. At about 9 am this morning my private well stopped working. I called Judd Pumps about 9:30 am and their service technicians were at my place by 10:30 am. Well pump failed. They pulled the pump from the well casing and replaced it with a new one and I had running water before noon. Would recommend without reservation.
My husband and I moved to Wisconsin and bought our home on March 28. It’s a split-ranch with the utility room in the basement. The water well passed inspection. We hired a contractor on April 1 to start home improvements ahead of our planned April 14 move-in. Due to schedule changes, we moved on the evening of April 10. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I had my well and septic inspection through them when I bought my home and had a great experience then. Just today though I had no running water after a power outage from the storm last night. Called and a tech was out within an hour of calling and was done working within half an hour. Thanks to them I don’t think I was without water for more than 1.5-2 hours, and it was such a relief to get help so quickly. Definitely recommend using Judd!
