I went to Judd lees tire just by chance driving by and stopped 2 get 4 used studded tires for $200. They were very slow putting on tires and ended up breaking 2 hub caps that they put back on thinking I wouldn't notice I guess. I called about the broken hub caps and the owner Judd told me they are not accountable for broken hub caps or lug nuts even though they were obviously the ones who broke them.
