I am the second owner of a Judd home in Quakertown, pa . The home is fair. But many corners were trimmed to keep cost down, like the lack of insulation, one room in the home is very cold despite added insulation properly undersized duct work. Electrical violation code issues. Doors in the house off centered. the driveway is crooked.
