I have never been talked to like ReAnn did from the Mt. Vernon store, she was beyond rude.She kept talking over me and didn't listen at all. I have bought 4 appliances from Judd and Black and 3 of them lasted less than year & half but I should have known this! Because we live in a capitalist society, so basically Judd and Black is just a venue with no responsibility. I recently bought a new refrigerator, and I highly recommend Judd & Black and their great crew. They answered all my questions, were very patient and helped me make my decision. I was a little overwhelmed but they made it as easy as possible. I have dealt with both the Mount Vernon store and the Everett store and I will never go anywhere else. You can trust them! Plus the appliances are always perfect for my needs. Don't fret, just go to Judd & Black.
