I have never been talked to like ReAnn did from the Mt. Vernon store, she was beyond rude.She kept talking over me and didn't listen at all. I have bought 4 appliances from Judd and Black and 3 of them lasted less than year & half but I should have known this! Because we live in a capitalist society, so basically Judd and Black is just a venue with no responsibility.
