Wonderful customer service! We bought a washer/dryer for a house we were buying, unfortunately the sale fell through and we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get a refund and be stuck with a washer/dryer. They were so kind when we talked to them and gave us a full refund. We fully plan on going back to Judd & Black when we need any appliances replaced.
Had to pick up, freezer went out. Would have been great if they had 1 day delivery.
We went to the Mt. Vernon store knowing they were the only place to buy stove top burners to replace an old existing Jenn Aire. They had one in stock and it was delivered the next week. Also bought a new Webber grill after ordering a new refrigerator/freezer. Pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson. I definitely recommend this store.
I purchased the LG WKEX200HBA wash tower in steel gray and so far, pleased with the unit. The LG app is pretty useful too if you like tech. What this review is about is the fantastic delivery team of Junior and Jackson. They arrived on time, took precautions to make sure the unit would fit (even removed the handles on my fridge just in case!) protected my flooring throughout, performed the installation, gave me a short tutorial, started the cleaning cycle and confirmed no water leaks.
