I recently bought a new refrigerator, and I highly recommend Judd & Black and their great crew. They answered all my questions, were very patient and helped me make my decision. I was a little overwhelmed but they made it as easy as possible. I have dealt with both the Mount Vernon store and the Everett store and I will never go anywhere else. You can trust them! Plus the appliances are always perfect for my needs. Don't fret, just go to Judd & Black.

I bought a fridge from them less than 15 months ago. The freezer fan has gone out 3 times since then. The first time, they sent a tech and replaced it. The second time, we did it ourselves. This last time I called and told them it went out AGAIN, they said there is nothing they can do. We have to buy a new fridge because this keeps happening. Do not buy from them!!!

Wonderful customer service! We bought a washer/dryer for a house we were buying, unfortunately the sale fell through and we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get a refund and be stuck with a washer/dryer. They were so kind when we talked to them and gave us a full refund. We fully plan on going back to Judd & Black when we need any appliances replaced.
