I’ve purchased appliances for myself and my daughter following the recommendations from Trevor White, one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever dealt with. I’m a picky and demanding scientist and impressed by the knowledge, explanation and service I experienced from Trevor at the Lynwood Judd and Black. I appreciated help in evaluating the appropriate appliance, avoiding unnecessary gadgets. The referral to an installation evaluation group was also excellent. Class act.
**UPDATE*** 2 months and Judd and Black have no urgency to get our washer installed. They are the worst at follow up and only kept me up to date on work order but because I called in. They do not have the sophistication or the operation to rely on. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s who will be able to take care of you. They employ local just like Judd and black and are a big retailer just like Judd and Black… except they are professionals while Judd and black are a Mickey Mouse operation. Unethical. Dishonest. We bought a whole set of Kitchen aid appliances from these guys at black Friday 2024. Due to budget and scheduling issues, we are doing the kitchen remodeling right now. As we opened the untouched refrigerator this morning, my contractors found the top of the fridge is completely smashed in. They were dumbfounded how bad it is.
