I was a very loyal customer and happy with everything until this year I will never use them again for anything their customer service horrible especially their parts counter staff instead of getting help on a part for one of our companies plow trucks he tells me the wrong part and then won't let me return the part after I walked out to the truck and found out it wasn't right. Apparently their staff is not trained.
