I've had this service for several years and was overall pleased. However in the last few months service has been very sporadic and lacking. I paid for September but was going on a month without service. I discontinued service for September and was completely ignored. Now I'm forced to pay another service after sending September's payment. I'm retired so this is definitely not in my budget. What a disappointment.
While Judahs service was affordable, I found the services somewhat inconsistent. Towards the end it seems he was struggling to find people to mow my lawn, I’m not sure if he is contracting other people to do it but something messed up and I did not enjoy my experience. I had to repeatedly ask for them to mow my backyard. Communication was always polite but consistency not great.
We paid the regular rate through slow season just for him to quit at the peak of high season. He sent us an invoice two days before our cut day, then didn’t show. We reached out and he said he didn’t have staff to cut our lawn anymore… maybe tell us that instead of us having to ask why our lawn is overdue? And maybe don’t send an invoice when you plan on quitting? Shady. Now we have an overgrown lawn and searching for someone new.
I initially contacted Judah's Lawn Care Service and More for a quote on trimming a row of seagrapes. Ty was super responsive and arrived quickly to take a look. While he was at my home I mentioned that I needed advice on landscaping as I had NONE in my front yard. Ty had some great ideas and offered to send me a quote. Long story short, my front yard now looks fantastic! Ty and his crew are efficient, personable and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I am so very happy with their work and you will be, too! Highly recommend!
Scheduled time to do an estimate. I set time aside out of my day and they never showed and didn’t even have the decency to let me know they wouldn’t be coming. Bad business.
