Accessibility to staff for questions is poor. They generally do not return phone calls. The caregivers may be fine professionals, but the system is set up to insulate the staff from responsibility to communicate with patients.
Dr. Friedman is an outstanding cancer doctor! He stays up to date regarding new Multiple Myeloma medical findings and shares that info with his patients. He is soft spoken, kind, understanding, reasonable, compassionate and intelligent. I guess you can tell I’m very pleased with my doctor. I moved to Florida from NY in January 2025 where I had excellent doctors treating Multiple Myeloma cancer.
