Excellent experience. Was a follow up telemedicine visit. Visit was on time, test results explained, and all questions answered. Not rushed

Dr Friedman and the new Nurse Practitioner, Jocelyn, are both excellent. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the shortage of parking at the Palm Beach Gardens facility (twice I have had to park in the parking lot of an adjacent business), and the long wait times. If valet parking is an option, I think they should implement it.
All I can say is on time appointments and great rapport with the staff.
