Found the van with a flat tyre after we got back from dinner. Guess how much Jucy charged? $500. No email or anything about this, just saw it in my bank account. Ridiculously shady. I'm super disappointed and won't be using them again. Also, what kind of tyres are they putting on these vans if city streets are enough to give them flats? Looking at the photos we took on pickup, the tyre was much flatter than the others when we got it.
Charged for emptying a toilet I never used. Sydney staff lied and their manager supported their lies. Nothing short of thieving money in my book. Terrible briefing on van and service. Wouldn’t trust them with my card details again. Grubs. Told them when I dropped. Guaranteed they reply with more lies to cover their grubby lies. Stay away from them
I know there are a lot of negative reviews about Jucy, so I wanted to share my personal experience. After booking, we saw all the bad feedback and were a bit worried. But honestly, we had a really good experience. We booked the Coaster with the highest cover and picked it up in Sydney. The staff were friendly and explained all the features clearly. Made a booking that is 8 months out, within few hours realised that I accidentally doubled booked myself; rang and spoke to a customer service who made it sound like he was doing me a favor for cancellation when the booking is till 8 months out and I only booked few hours ago. And advised me that the Full Refund doesn’t mean full refund as they are keeping the merchant fee charged on the credit card? We had a disappointing experience with Jucy Team. When we picked up the van, it was not properly cleaned: we had to wait for the staff to finish, the back table was still dirty, and the sink was leaking. When we raised these issues, the staff initially acknowledged them and mentioned we would receive compensation. However, the refund offered was less than the correct 5% they said.
