Fast, came when they said, and knowledgeable.
Day of supposed repair, they canceled saying they didn’t get the commodity part delivered from their supplier. The part is a shut off valve which may be the most common residential plumbing part and widely available; I could have gone and picked it up day of. They could not reschedule the repair due to not having the shut off valves available after a 2 week wait from date of site visit (when parts would have been ordered) to supposed date of repair.
