I am giving it a three star rating simply because I enjoyed the space in the room and the food lol. I gave birth here at Virtua in Voorhees back in 2007. The room was nice and spacious, clean and organized. Plus the food was really good. Cons: The service was TERRIBLE! I had gotten attitudes from all the nurses I saw on top of one not knowing basic rules about IV's. The OB's I worked with for this Hospital sucked as well. They didn't bother to take the time and explain things to me and induced me rather than explaining to me... read more

Wow.....I never thought I'd give this location a 1 Star rating. I checked into the emergency room at 7:20pm. It is now after midnight a I am still waiting to be seen. The staff attitudes towards EVERYTHING is very nonchalant. There's items across the floor left from previous patients and seating is limited. My pain has been persistent and everyone in here is complaining. Do better Virtua. After a couple hours waiting, that becomes RIDICULOUS!!!!

leaving this hospital immediately, have been in the emergency room for over an hour waiting to be seen for extreme side pain and a high fever, a urine sample was taken and hour and fifteen minutes after our arrival and we were told we will not beem seen for a while.... this is not the virtua i remember absolute incompetence for health care providers, do yourself a favor and never come here if you have a real emergency.

Went to the ER because i partially ripped off my big toe nail. The nail was at a right angle to my toe. Urgent care was closed. Was there about 1 hr, they gave me lidocane to numb it, put the nail back down on the nail bed, gave me a bandaid and antibiotic. I left. The bill came today ER $3,097.75 and physician (actually a resident) $917.00. That's $4,000!! Insurance paid $700. UGH!!

I checked in at (3:30pm) the ER complaining of horrid stomach pain and vomit.Samantha was dismissive, uncaring and rude. After getting the main reason I was there,I asked how long the wait was until I would I was told I had to ask a nurse, there were none to be seen.3 hrs later i was taken into the back.I was asked to change into a gown and once again I sat and waited (40 mins)Then a dr came.He gave "physical" sent me for a ultrasound,2 hours later a cat scan.Inhave appendicitis. They finally agree (it is now almost midnight) to... read more

One week after I had a c-section at Virtua I started feeling so cold, in 75 degree weather I was bundled up. My fever spiked up to 104, I couldn't lift my arms and could barely walk. At the time I didn't have a breast pump, I breast fed my baby and I physically did not have the strength to feed him. My poor husband didn't know what to do so he rushed me to the ER. He put me in a wheelchair and wheeled me through the door, barely, one hand on the wheelchair one hand holding the baby. He obviously needed help maneuvering the c... read more

I had a very great experience with this office from the front desk all the way to the dr! The only issue that I would complain about is that it is very hard to get in contact with anyone right away. I've had to constantly leave multiple messages and speak to someone else in another department in order to finally have my issue addressed.

I was the only person in the waiting room and I still waited over an hour. I was told I probably has the flu, but they couldn't confirm without the flu test. They didn't have the flu test and recommended going to virtua ER for test! Seriously! So I can pay another co-pay? I was given script for tamiflu. Thank goodness I didn't take it (side effects sound horrible). I was able to see my doctor today and I have a sinus infection. I should have just waited until my dr could see me.

Patients are nothing but dollar signs to him and his practice. He's constantly canceling and rescheduling your appointments, bc "something came up, he has to take his girlfriend somewhere" and you've had the appointment scheduled for at least 3 months and he cancels them at very last minute, like the before and even the day of!!! Then he punishes the patients and calls them liars, when in return he's actually the LIAR. HE'S A FAKE, PHONY, UN-ORGANZED, SEXUALLY HARASSING, LYING FRAUD. Heed my warning current patients, potenti... read more
