I had an appointment today with Beatris Whyte as usual she was very pleasant to speak to and she made feel extremely comfortable she also explained in detail everything I needed to know and kept reassuring me which I really appreciated. Thank you very much!!
If I could give a zero star I would. I have been a patient here for over 15 years, and I make the same mistake every time to request a new dr, I forget and end up being seen my dr d’mello. this woman is vile. She is only there for the paycheck. Dismisses you as quick as you walk in, completely inadequate of her job, doesn’t take the time to listen to her patients. diagnosed my kidney infection with a throat infection and now two weeks later scared to go back because I hate to waste nhs time I got told I have a kidney infecti... read more
