highly unprofessional. they are charging us for an item which we don't want. Not helping at all. WORST WORST WORST EVER.
Everything may not have gone as planned but I've never known a more helpful customer service department than Jubilee's staff.
Jubilee Furniture has gone above and beyond to help us solve the issue with the massage portion of our bed. It is our dream bed, and we love it!
We bought the Everly leather sectional sofa from Jubilee Furniture LV and we are simply delighted by the quality of the product, the meticulous shipping of it and the customer service. The customer service is excellent - they are patient and courteous. Since mine was a special order, it took time but the wait was worth it. Everything about this company ROCKS!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! We paid close to $7,000 for our sectional from them. This came from overseas, and the quality was a joke. They used cheap wood that broke within the first 5 days of use. Jubilee gave us the constant run-around trying to fix it and it's still not fixed!! Not only has it NOT been fixed, no one has actually contacted us to help get it fixed.
