Went to view these apartments two different times. Both times the leasing agent didn’t show up. Called off of work to view these apartments just for them to not answer calls or text or emails & cancel the viewing 5mins before the viewing time. Severely unprofessional & good luck ever getting them on the phone.
They need to bulldoze this whole apartment complex down and start over. The price isn’t worth the space or quality of life they offer. They call cops on you for disagreements that bother neighbors but the walls are paper thin. They have rodent issues and maintenance barely does their job properly it takes multiple visits to solve one issue.. cars get broken into but no cameras are available to protect your property. They need to start over or rebuild something worth the rent being charged.
If I could give zero stars I would , I moved out two years ago but never posted a review so here it is: If anyone is looking to rent an appartment, please read reviews and be careful where you move into. If you ever come across an appartment from Julibee Estates or Julibee Equities LLC, DO NOT RENT AN APPARTMENT FROM THEM. I have now learned from my mistake, but they have litteraly put me through hell for the past year of living here. The first issue with them was about the conditions I moved into.
