I never moved in here I put a 500$ deposit from Massachusetts and they never refunded me my 500$ now I’m taking them to small claims court … I have a daughter that this took out of her mouth . I don’t appreciate business stealing from people they said I’d get refunded in 10 days still nothing it’s been longer then that no one reaches back out to me neither this place is a huge scam don’t pay them ur money

You will be paying rent for more than your family. To many rodents. Every were even in the rooms and I have glue traps everywhere. 6 in one week...😭
I lived here for two years and I Only like that cause I could put in a wheelchair ramp, but they always had problems with rodents and roaches. The exterminators they hired always did a sloppy job. They would always threaten you and charge a fee if you didn’t follow the rules. I just moved out on August 9, 2025 and now they’re trying to say that I owe them money for staying there for August when I already moved. They’re nothing but greedy and money hungry!
