The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. Been going for 3 years now and took a corporate banner that was worth $500 to them, ensuring they could do it first. Got it back and noticed it had extreme color fading (comparing pictures of it before I dropped it off to its current state) and they told me it was my fault while screaming at me. Absolutely no care for their loyal customers. I had a dress shrunk and frayed by them in the past as well, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Go anywhere else but here.

Best dry cleaner and I'm picky! Jubilee is able to remove the plethora of stains I attract without damaging delicate clothing. Seamstress services also available all at reasonable prices all with friendly and customer oriented focus.
