On time and very friendly service.
Disappointing experience on more than one occasion. The dentist repeatedly downplayed the service being offered, discouraged proceeding without even assessing the condition of my teeth. The appointment felt more like a disagreement than a professional consultation. There was also a sense of reluctance to carry out the booked service, at one point I left the room to speak with the receptionist and returned to insist the appointment go ahead as scheduled. I was seen quickly, and the whole process of having a tooth removed went smoothly. The staff were pleasant, and the price reasonable. I would happily use them again.
The dentist I saw was absolutely lovely so was reception and the other ladies thank u
It was a very pleasant experience with Dr Tang. The discussions were constructive. And the consultation process was professional and helpful.
