We had a great experience today! Dr.Mardonado and assistant Yeseria provided excellent care for my child. They were kind and caring and made the appointment go smooth.
Slow and lady at the desk had a attitude
They contact me 30 minutes before the surgery to cancel. It should have been a couple hours before the surgery. If they weren't gonna be able to do it, I would have never took my granddaughter out of school early.
Insurance verification was never performed despite submitting information when appointment was made, then again filling out paperwork online 1 week before, then again at time of appointment. Two of the three appointments were rescheduled, and the third, we were unable to perform needed sealants because insurance was unverified.
