Very very very unprofessional! Alex Ramirez is very rude. He yells and snaps off at the residents.
Me mude hace poco. El personal de la oficina fue muy amable y servicial. Al momento del la mudanza el ascensor no funcionaba,pero el personal de la oficina y el de mantenimiento fueron muy amables y serviciales. El ascensor ya está reparado y todo está bien. Recomiendo mucho la zona. Estoy satisfecha!
Not having working elevators is against the Americans with Disabilities Act.. shame!!!
The management that own this establishment need to have compassion and care for seniors at this apartment. This is totally unacceptable that those elevators been out of order since May. The seniors shouldn't have to walk several flights of stairs to exit and enter the apt bldg. Shame on the management.
Under no circumstances should you or your family go here. Owners only care about money and not the safety of the residences. My great grandmother has been stuck for over a month.
