I had a disappointing experience at this med spa. I booked specifically for lip filler, yet during the appointment I was told I didn’t need it because it ‘wouldn’t look natural.’ Personal aesthetic opinions should not replace patient choice, especially when I clearly scheduled and arrived for a specific service.
