My girlfriend and I are foodies with unusually high standards, and Juban has become a staple for us. This is an authentic Japanese tapas restaurant with a friendly staff and very high standards. The food is excellent, the Sushi fish is always fresh, and the dishes are very consistent. Some of our favorites are the Toro hand roll, Buta Kimchi, Blue Crab Fried Rice, and Chicken Meatballs.
