The first and most important point is that Juarez's work is immaculate and beautiful. The worksmanship is truly amazing. In addition, we are not remodeling experts and trusted Job with decisions. He came through with flying colors, suggesting beautiful but cost effective approaches. Juarez Construction were amazing for our 1920’s craftsman remodel in Berkeley! Job and his team were communicative, quick to reach, and knowledgable about the issues with our older house and the solutions to fix them. They were professional and the final product looks great, but we’re even more happy that the bones of the house are looking good too! Job was accommodating and considerate of our budget and worked well with the plumbers and electricians we wanted to use. We’ll definitely be happy to call them again in the futur... read more

Job Juarez and his team has helped us with a couple of remodel projects - 1) adding a deck and double doors to walkout to the back deck/patio and 2) renovating our kitchen which included taking down walls and adding beams. JJ has been great to work with - worked with us through surprises that come along with renovations, is patient and conscientious and doesn't cut corners, and is thoughtful in the recommendations/ideas that he proposes. His crew is polite and easy to work with as well.

JC Juarez completed an extensive renovation at our house and I highly recommend them. Some descriptors that come to mind: creative, thoughtful, good communicators, attention to detail, desire to create the best finished product, and fairly priced.
