Took a 2012 Silverado in for a rear main seal leak. I was recommended by Juan to also replace the pan gasket from engine. Both were done in about 4 hours, which was less than expected. Now 2 months later still 0 Leaks no issues. Job well done, I will continue using this shop for any repairs or recommended to others.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received from this transmission shop, and I want to warn others to be very careful before trusting them with your vehicle. We brought in our 2020 Ford F150 for a simple transmission fluid and filter change, and we even provided all the parts. The service was done on a Thursday, and the very next day while out of town we were stranded with our two small children because transmission fluid was leaking everywhere.
