My grandparents hired Juan and his team 27 days ago to fix their sprinkler system for their yard. Their first appointment was July 1st. Over 3 weeks and $550.00 later their sprinklers are still not working. Aside from the incomplete job, and their inability to properly fix the system and get it working again, the most astonishing part of the entire experience was the customer service.
