Good trusting people with good customer service. Alan helped me out. His dad is very welcoming and nice. I thought my sun roof was defected but it wasn't. Although I didn't get my car service, he was able to diagnose the issue. I appreciate the time and patience taken out of their busy schedule to accommodate me. I recommend Juan's Auto repair. Best and most honest auto repair shop around—hands down. If you’re looking for a place that fixes what’s actually wrong without trying to upsell you, this is it. We originally took our Mercedes SUV to another highly rated shop and were quoted $5,000 to “fix it good” and $9,000 to “fix it great.” That didn’t sit right with us, so we brought it to Juan’s for a second opinion. You clearly don’t want to make any money with the customer service that you’re offering at your front desk. I actually need two front tires and brakes whether it’s pads or brakes and rotors or whatever the hell you tried to so condescendingly share with me probably was worth a substantial amount of money, which you will not get me.

My family has been using Juan's for years on all cars, new and old. I have never trusted the opinion of a technician more than him. If something doesn't need to be replaced, he'll let you know how long you can go on it. If it does need to be replaced, he'll get you the fairest price in town.

In May of 2023, I brought my awesome, 1987 Lincoln Towncar to Juan for an overall check up. Altho the old car was running fine, it seemed as if it might need some tweaking re: brakes, gear shifting, and a.c.
