horrible customer service, they close early and never attend to customer. Will not ever eat there. need new employee with better attitude.
The service is always awesome, the food is cheap (unless you're expecting McDonald's prices, I suppose), the flavor is great and they're very clean. Sounds like the roach story was made up, to me. I've been there at least 20 times and have yet to see anything like that.
Fantastic! Best plantains I've ever had- great friendly service. Oh and the yellow rice was key!
Authentic Puerto Rican food at it's finest. This is a "must visit" restaurant. Worth the drive from Tampa.
