El servicio al cliente pésimo el señor que tiende prepotente la tipa que tomo la orde no sabe esplicar Y su pastel de muy baja calidad malo y por el presio es un robo ni como recomendar nunca volvería comprar en Juanita bakery
Horrible , no es la primera vez que pido el pastel de una forma y lo hacen como a ellos se les da la gana ! Justo ahora me entregaron con letras equivocadas .. el tipo que me lo dio el sabía que estaba incorrecto y no hizo nada por arreglarlo 😏 ! No es justo, porque se está pagando por algo no es gratis 👎
Terrible service. No sense of proportion for cakes and decorations. The cake very good. But they should find a cake decorator or take some clases and do not advertise Dominican cakes because they are not the frostings and techniques for decorating are not Dominican. For me it’s a Dominican cake with termination of something else. Won’t recommend at all. I order years a go and started back a few months with a couple of cakes you can tell the difference. Don even know if it’s the same owner or baker.
The owner does not know how to talk to the customers, very rude, I don’t know how he runs a business, I will not be buying from this place again.
