My child was seeing her due to seasonal allergies and needing a note from school. She was so hateful and insinuated awful things when there was no basis to what she was even insinuating. She not only was making insinuations but she lied as well. I have never in my life seen an individual so unprofessional. Very poor bedside manner. I was completely shocked at her insinuations and false statements. Especially, when they came out of nowhere and for no just cause whatsoever. It was a typical appointment for seasonal allergies. I have never in my life witnessed such a thing.
After having extreme insomnia for a week and having little hope I spoke with Dr Redfield via United Healthcare. She listened to me and was very kind. She prescribed Trazodone and that night I followed her instructions and slept just over 8 hours. Tears of joy. Thx Doc.
Didn't seem to address my concerns and felt like I was not being heard at all. Was super quick to write off all my symptoms.
This doctor is very rude. She even cursed me out then deleted her comment but I screenshot it before she deleted it. This woman is dangerous and she needs to be fired. She is working through a chat app through my insurance company. I am calling trying to get help for my daughter and she keeps hanging up on me.
She has been very helpful and knowledgeable while assisting me with my recovery.
One of the most thoughtful, thorough and caring doctors I've ever seen. She is compassionate and trustworthy.
