I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Juanita Nolasco Residence. Christina and Evette, office management, their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond have made my experience here truly exceptional. My mother lives here she likes it there are alot of big dogs here but they are mostly well behaved its an apartment with alot of older residents so there is alot less drama then where she was before there is still drama but not as much and the fact that you need a fob to enter puts me at ease for her safety

I'm still waiting for them to order the part to finish the repair. They came in a timely manner and fixed my toilet handle so that it would stop running. Now it works great. The people are great here. I have made lots of friends in the building. I'm happy to be living here

I went to visit a friend about eight years ago. It was definitely my first experience going to a high-rise building, but I really liked how they had Braille signage on each door of the unit. It was also my very first time seeing how a trash chute worked, as well as using a call box to let my friend know I was there. The doors were the kind that slid on a track, which is definitely convenient for wheelchair users.
