I had a bad experience with Thrive the clinic when it comes to values, they want your credit card upfront but are unable to tell you how much the session costs. A joke. But I'm glad it happened because later I read bad things about this specific therapist, so it was for the best.

I have gone to Dr. Bruno for over two years now just for maintenance and I really appreciate the amount of care she takes. Sometimes it is tough love, but I want someone who is honest with me and has my best interest at heart. I had to make this review because too many times people will say someone lacks warmth when that is so far from the truth. If you need someone to hold you accountable while also giving you the right tools to success Dr. Bruno is most DEFINATLY that person!!!

I am an LCSW and saw Juanita for therapy a couple of years ago. I appreciate and admire her professionalism, although I have to point out that the sessions we had lacked warmth and attunement. The first session had very poor lighting and she presented late, the consecutive sessions also had poor lighting. It also was clear that each session she was staring at her computer and doing other things, as I saw her flipping tabs through her glasses as she hunched toward her screen.
