The front office staff is quite rude and inconsiderate. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist said, “one moment please” and left me on hold for over 30 minutes. So I hung up, called back, heard a voice say, “oh!” And they placed me back on hold. When they finally answered, I told them that I think someone forgot about me since I’d been on hold for 33 minutes.
