This place is a complete and absolute DISGRACE. Patient “care “ is Pathetic !! Due to the lack of professionalism and care of this office my mother has been declined not once, but twice and at the verge of third one for an electric wheel chair as she depends 100 % of this chair. I took her in on April 23rd 2018 for her 3rd evaluation as the first and second evals had expired due to this office PATHETIC Negligence in NOT returning and NOT having documents signed PROPERLY in the first place by Dr. Velasquez.
