First I left multiple messages on his office voice mail and he never responded. I bid on a piece of land and he drew up the contract without the contingencies I requested. 30days due diligence, contingent on securing funds from a lender, $1000 EMD. he put 3 day settlement, 4k deposit and no contingencies on funds. I asked him to correct the contract and resend, he did not.
Juan was a great person to work with. He helped us every step of the way. We felt at ease with the process and confided that we would close on time and with no difficulty. Definitely recommend him to anyone out there looking to buy or sell!
