Juan was great to work with. We were first time investors and relied on his expertise in making quite a few decisions. He is very knowledgeable in the real estate business. He was always available when it was convenient for us even when asked to unlock the property so potential renters could see it; he would be available. I spoke with Mr. Torain in passing one evening about the some concerns I had in regard to some trees in my front yard. Mr. Torain was very attentive and patient as I explained my issues. To my surprise he drove out to assess the Trees for himself. Later Mr. Torain came out and assisted the landscaper with cutting the tree cut down and removing the brush. I will most definitely utilize his services and will recommend him again and again. Absolutely Amazing Young man!!!!
