Very unprofessional experience. Juan, the owner, kept giving me the runaround as a new client. I was repeatedly told I’d be taken care of “first thing,” only to receive last-minute texts with excuses saying something came up and he had another project to get to first. What doesn’t make sense is that I was supposed to be the first appointment of the morning. Poor communication, lack of reliability, and unprofessional customer service overall.
I had an excellent experience with Juan Cleaning my vehicle. If there were more than five stars I would definitely give it. This is the second time I’ve called him, and he’s done a fantastic job both times. I have three kids, and after cleaning, he gave me back a brand-new car. His prices are affordable, and he works from the heart. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommended my truck looked better than it did the day i drove it off the lot. They have amazing customer service and are on time and very thorough. Thank you for doing such a great job!
