Great Doctor! Took the time to explain CT results , the follow up and plan of care. His bedside manner delivers confidence and trust. Thank you Dr. Young.
Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, compassion, and clear communication. While I greatly appreciate the outstanding care I received from the hospital staff, my experience with Dr. Young and his office fell far below those standards. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve patient communication, bedside manner, and professionalism within the practice so that other patients do not have a similar experience.
The whole experience was pleasant. Everyone was nice, professional and efficient.
