It really disappointed me how rude and unfriendly the staff was. They make you feel like an intruder in the office! What a waste! I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time calling to schedule this appointment. I have warned everyone I know to avoid this ENT doctor. Nothing good will come from going here!
