Dr Lujan made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns. He was thorough in his assessment and very intentional in setting up a suggested plan forward. He was very personable and never made me feel rushed. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Juan Lujan - saved my life. After my doctor tried to perform a laproscopic hysterectomy and was unable to. - Dr. Lujan was brought in for extensive operation to perform removal of my intestines from the previously inserted mesh. He spent hours performing the surgery and gratefully I fully recovered due to his practice. So Thankful to Dr. Lujan!
While the physician is fine, their standard of care and time management is horrendous. They have no concept of staying on schedule and respecting or managing any standard of care. My 315 pm appointment was maybe 5 mins whicb fails any medical standard to evaluate and care for a patient. Someone should deeply examine how this practice is run.
Dr. Lujan performed my unexpected gallbladder removal recently. He was very caring, never made me feel rushed, made sure he answered all questions I had and made me feel safe (I’m terrified of surgeries). Yesterday I had my post op appointment and everyone in his office was nice and fast. Did not wait much at all to be seen and once again he was wonderful. Forever grateful with Dr. Lujan! 🤍
My experience from his poor lack in time management. I went to see him in the Morristown location. The staff inside was were very sweet and helpful. I waited over 35 minutes in the waiting room, mind you I was 10 minutes early, and then waited another 35 minutes in the examination room for him to never materialize!!!! And when I complained to the office manager about how long I was waiting, she asked me to wait or come back later. Like what?!??!?!?
