I went to ji in Escondido, they replaced a defective screen they put on in July, didn't install it correctly so the screen broke above the headphone jack that constantly keep telling me I had headphones plugged in. When they fixed the headphone jack it was my problem the screen broke.... They had changed it less than two hours prior and the screen cracked in there store upon returning it for then to fix the broken headphone port they didn't connect correctly.....
