Dr.Gutierrez and the team is awesome they told me everything I needed to do for insurance coverage and after I got surgery the team had been helpful helping me know what to eat answering my questions and making sure this transition is smooth as it can be
Came in for weight loss options and doctor priscribed zepbound, before leaving the office I told him that my insurance needed pre authorization for that medication to be covered. He said we will take care of it and left. Got a call from Lilly which is the manufacturer that my proscription is ready to be shipped and need payment. I called Lily and I was told that they do not accept insurance. So I called the doctors office and asked that they send the prescription to my local pharmacy and also send the pre-authorization to ha... read more
