have had my insurance (life, auto, and rental) with Juan Lara for 10+ years. I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience Juan’s office continues to give me. I will not ever take my business elsewhere. Thankful with the staff here, they call me to remind me of my auto renewal every 6 months when there is an increase.
This place does not know how to do their job and expect you to pay them for finding you insurance but don’t do it right. When I first had them set up my car ins they underinsured me, didn’t bother to ask the questions/mention anything when I saw the policy I realized it and called back and had to pay more to fix it and now they didn’t list the lien holder when again how am I suppose to know how insurance policies work when I don’t do that for a living. Si pudiera no le pondría ninguna estrella llame 2 veces para cancelar mi póliza de seguro y después de que llame a la semana siguiente todavía me sacaron dinero de mi cuenta de banco y lo hicieron sin mi consentimiento si van a ir a este lugar les recomiendo no dar ningún número de cuenta ho les puede suceder lo mismo que me me hicieron a mi!
