I used to think Dr Mercado was a good and caring doctor. A year or so ago, he proved that he doesn't actually listen or care and just thinks women are hysterical and need to do better the way the health care system has treated us out entire lives. He refused to give me Zofran, of all things. I had to go to a fly-by-night doctor just so that I could function through my nausea. I had previously brought the nausea and vomiting up in appointments. Doctor Mercado is great he listens to what you say and remembers even if you don’t see him for another three months he picks right back asking if issues from last appointment are doing better. I first saw him at the Farrell office and liked him so much I followed him to the New Castle office it’s worth the 30 minute drive for a great doctor.
BEST DOCTOR EVER! Friendly make sure you get the proper help regarding you health.
Dr Mercado is great! He actually takes what you say serious!!! The nurses are very nice and so are the receptionist. Very happy I found them.
