Very helpful
This specific location is just not how it used to be to be. You would always have someone that would pick up right away and help you the second someone picked up. Now you leave voicemail and you don’t get a respond in a few hours if lucky but most likely in a few days someone else will respond but can’t help you with your question so it gets frustrating. After many years with State Farm, I will not be looking back to be insured with them once I have the time to find something better.
